Biography
Katsia Prakopchyk is internationally one of the most distinguished mandolin players of our time. After completing her first degree in Mandolin/Domra at the Belarusian Music Academy in Minsk, the Belarusian-born musician switched to the Cologne University of Music. She completed both her artistic instrumental training in the subject Baroque Mandolin/Mandolin with Prof. Marga Wilden-Hüsgen and the concert exam with Prof. Caterina Lichtenberg with distinction.
